How to Auto-Crosspost New TikTok Videos to Facebook and LinkedIn

A lot of B2B and service-based brands run their video content through TikTok first, then want that same content reaching Facebook's broader audience and LinkedIn's more professional one — without manually re-uploading to each. An ongoing crossposting workflow handles all three from a single upload.

Setting up TikTok as a source to Facebook and LinkedIn

  1. Connect all three accounts — TikTok, your Facebook Page, and your LinkedIn profile or company page — from the Accounts page in OneUp.
  2. Open the Crossposting menu from the dropdown next to Create a post, and click Add Workflow.
  3. Set TikTok as your source account.
  4. Add both Facebook and LinkedIn as destination accounts in the same workflow.
  5. Filter to video content — TikTok's photo-mode posts won't translate the same way to either destination.
  6. Launch the workflow. Every new TikTok video now automatically publishes as native video on both Facebook and LinkedIn.

Why this combination works for business content

Facebook and LinkedIn both support native video well, and a lot of the educational, behind-the-scenes, or tips-style content that performs on TikTok translates reasonably well to both — it just doesn't get there on its own without manual effort. Fanning out from TikTok to both platforms means one upload covers a consumer-facing audience and a professional one at the same time.

What's worth reviewing before you turn this on

Not every TikTok video is written with a LinkedIn audience in mind — trend-driven, casual content especially. It's worth deciding whether this workflow should apply to everything you post, or only to your more polished, business-relevant content, and filtering accordingly rather than sending your entire TikTok output to a professional platform by default.
