How to Automatically Repost New Facebook Posts to Every Other Platform

Facebook is often where a business's most consistent posting habit already lives — Page updates, event posts, customer photos — while other platforms lag behind simply because nobody has time to repeat the same post five different times. An ongoing crossposting workflow removes that repetition entirely.

How to set up a Facebook-as-source workflow

  1. Connect your Facebook Page and every destination account you want to receive content — Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Threads, Bluesky, or Discord — from the Accounts page in OneUp.
  2. Open the Crossposting menu from the dropdown next to Create a post, and click Add Workflow.
  3. Set Facebook as your source account.
  4. Select as many destination accounts as you want in the same workflow — Facebook can fan out to multiple platforms at once, not just one.
  5. Filter by content type if certain destinations shouldn't receive every post format (a text-only Facebook update, for example, might not be worth sending to a primarily visual platform).
  6. Launch the workflow. From here, every new Facebook post automatically republishes to all of your selected destinations.

Why Facebook works well as a hub

Facebook Pages support a wide mix of content — photos, video, links, plain text updates — which makes it a reasonable single source to fan out from, especially for businesses that already treat Facebook as their primary platform. Rather than deciding where each new post needs to go manually, one workflow handles the distribution automatically.

A practical note on destination mix

Not every platform wants the same thing. A promotional Facebook post might make sense on Instagram and Google Business Profile, but feel out of place on Discord or Bluesky. It's worth building your destination list intentionally rather than defaulting to "everywhere," even though the workflow technically supports it.
