How to Post All Your Existing Facebook Posts to Bluesky, Threads, and YouTube

Rebuilding your Facebook archive on Bluesky, Threads, and YouTube from scratch, post by post, adds up to hours you probably don't have.

With OneUp's crossposting workflow feature, you can automatically send all your existing Facebook posts to Bluesky, Threads, and YouTube — spaced out over time so they don't all publish at once.

Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts

Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:

  • Your Facebook Page
  • Your Bluesky account
  • Your Threads account
  • Your YouTube channel

Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.

Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu

  1. From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
  2. Select Crossposting.

Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow

  1. Click Add Workflow.
  2. Set Facebook as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
  3. Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
  4. Select Bluesky, Threads, and YouTube as your destination accounts.

Platform tip: Threads doesn't support native scheduled reposts yet, so a crossposting workflow is currently the most practical way to backfill your archive there.

Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize

Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.

Why Use OneUp for Crossposting?

Copying your existing Facebook posts over to Bluesky, Threads, and YouTube manually means opening each post, saving the media, and re-uploading it — repeatedly. It's a one-time setup that keeps paying off every time you add new Facebook content.
