How to Post All Your Existing Facebook Posts to Discord, Instagram, and TikTok
Nobody wants to spend a weekend re-uploading old Facebook content to Discord, Instagram, and TikTok — there's a faster way.
With OneUp's crossposting workflow feature, you can automatically send all your existing Facebook posts to Discord, Instagram, and TikTok — spaced out over time so they don't all publish at once.
Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:
- Your Facebook Page
- Your Discord server
- Your Instagram Business or Creator account
- Your TikTok account
Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.
Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu
- From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
- Select Crossposting.
Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow
- Click Add Workflow.
- Set Facebook as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
- Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
- Select Discord, Instagram, and TikTok as your destination accounts.
Platform tip: Discord posts land in whichever channel your webhook or bot is configured for, so double-check the destination channel before running a bulk workflow.
Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize
Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.
