How to Post All Your Existing Facebook Posts to Instagram, Discord, and Snapchat

With OneUp's crossposting workflow feature, you can automatically send all your existing Facebook posts to Instagram, Discord, and Snapchat — spaced out over time so they don't all publish at once.
Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:
- Your Facebook Page
- Your Instagram Business or Creator account
- Your Discord server
- Your Snapchat account
Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.
Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu
- From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
- Select Crossposting.
Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow
- Click Add Workflow.
- Set Facebook as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
- Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
- Select Instagram, Discord, and Snapchat as your destination accounts.
Platform tip: Instagram Business or Creator accounts are required for crossposting — personal accounts can't be used as a source or destination.
Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize
Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.
