How to Post All Your Existing Instagram Posts to LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X

Rebuilding your Instagram archive on LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X from scratch, post by post, adds up to hours you probably don't have.

With OneUp's crossposting workflow feature, you can automatically send all your existing Instagram posts to LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X — spaced out over time so they don't all publish at once.

Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts

Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:

  • Your Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Your LinkedIn profile or company page
  • Your Snapchat account
  • Your X account

Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.

Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu

  1. From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
  2. Select Crossposting.

Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow

  1. Click Add Workflow.
  2. Set Instagram as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
  3. Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
  4. Select LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X as your destination accounts.

Platform tip: Content posted to Snapchat through third-party tools lands in Spotlight or Stories depending on your account settings, so check which one applies before running the workflow.

Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize

Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.

Why Use OneUp for Crossposting?

Copying your existing Instagram posts over to LinkedIn, Snapchat, and X manually means opening each post, saving the media, and re-uploading it — repeatedly. You can pause, edit, or expand the workflow later as your destination strategy changes.
