How to post all your existing Instagram posts to Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Threads

Re-downloading every Instagram post and uploading it to Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Threads by hand isn't a great use of an afternoon.

With OneUp's crossposting workflow feature, you can automatically send all your existing Instagram posts to Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Threads — spaced out over time so they don't all publish at once.

Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts

Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:

  • Your Instagram Business or Creator account
  • Your Pinterest account
  • Your Google Business Profile
  • Your Threads account

Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.

Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu

  1. From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
  2. Select Crossposting.

Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow

  1. Click Add Workflow.
  2. Set Instagram as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
  3. Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
  4. Select Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and Threads as your destination accounts.

Platform tip: Threads doesn't support native scheduled reposts yet, so a crossposting workflow is currently the most practical way to backfill your archive there.

Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize

Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.
