Manually downloading every Instagram Reel you have ever published, saving it to your phone, and re-uploading it to YouTube Shorts and TikTok is an absolute drain on your time.

With **OneUp’s crossposting workflow feature**, you can set up an automatically post all your existing Instagram Reels to YouTube and TikTok, and have them drip out over time (so they dont all post at the same time).

\-\-\-

**Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts**

Navigate to the **Accounts** page in OneUp. Ensure you have linked:

_Your_\*Instagram\*\* Business or Creator account

_Your_\*YouTube\*\* channel

_Your_\*TikTok\*\* account

Follow the quick OAuth prompts to authorize each channel.

**Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu**

1\. Go to the top navigation dashboard in OneUp.

2\. Hover over or click the dropdown menu next to **Create a post**.

3\. Select **Crossposting**.

\-\-\-

**Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow**

1\. Click the **Add Workflow** button.

2\. Set **Instagram** as your source account (the platform you are posting _from_).

3\. Under content type, select **Reels**.

4\. Select **YouTube** and **TikTok** as your destination accounts (the platforms you are posting _to_).

\-\-\-

**Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize**

_Choose how many hours or days you would like in between each post to YouTube and TikTok (you can slow drip them out to avoid all them being posted at the same time)._

_Click_\*Create Workflow\*\*.

**Why Use OneUp for Crossposting?**

Automatically move all your Instagram Reels to YouTube and TikTok with virtually no work on your end.
