How to post all your existing TikTok videos to Facebook, X, and Snapchat
Nobody wants to spend a weekend re-uploading old TikTok content to Facebook, X, and Snapchat — there's a faster way.

Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:
- Your TikTok account
- Your Facebook Page
- Your X account
- Your Snapchat account
Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.
Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu
- From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
- Select Crossposting.
Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow
- Click Add Workflow.
- Set TikTok as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
- Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
- Select Facebook, X, and Snapchat as your destination accounts.
Platform tip: Content posted to Snapchat through third-party tools lands in Spotlight or Stories depending on your account settings, so check which one applies before running the workflow.
Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize
Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.
