How to Post All Your Existing TikTok Videos to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Getting your TikTok history onto Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube usually means a lot of repetitive copy-paste work — unless you automate it.

Step 1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts
Head to the Accounts page in OneUp and make sure you've linked:
- Your TikTok account
- Your Instagram Business or Creator account
- Your Facebook Page
- Your YouTube channel
Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize each one.
Step 2: Open the Crossposting Menu
- From the top navigation dashboard in OneUp, hover over the dropdown next to Create a post.
- Select Crossposting.
Step 3: Build Your Auto-Post Workflow
- Click Add Workflow.
- Set TikTok as your source account (the platform you're posting from).
- Under content type, choose the post types you want carried over.
- Select Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube as your destination accounts.
Platform tip: Instagram Business or Creator accounts are required for crossposting — personal accounts can't be used as a source or destination.
Step 4: Configure Timing & Finalize
Choose how much time to leave between each post so they trickle out instead of publishing all at once. Then click Create Workflow.
