Setting up an ongoing crossposting workflow
- Connect every account involved from the Accounts page — both your source and all your intended destinations.
- Open the Crossposting menu from the dropdown next to Create a post, and click Add Workflow.
- Choose your source account — currently, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok can all be set as a source directly. X can also act as a source, but it requires a separate setup through Grok rather than OneUp's standard workflow builder.
- Choose your destination accounts — you can send one source to multiple destinations in the same workflow.
- Filter by content type if you don't want every post format (Stories, Reels, carousels) treated the same way across every destination.
- Launch the workflow. From here, it runs continuously — new content on your source account publishes to your destinations automatically.
