1. The terms OneUp or "we" or "us" or "our" or any grammatical variations of the preceding words refer to OneUp Inc. The terms "you" or "your" refer to the client/customer or to users of any of the interfaces (including but not limited to websites and emails) provided by OneUp.

OneUp’s Privacy Policy shall apply to the information obtained via our website(s), through emails, through information obtained through third parties and shall govern our behavior related to all services offered by us. But this document shall not curtail OneUp’s right to publish privacy policies specifically corresponding to one or more services.

1. Information provided by you. You shall be required to give certain information while accessing our website, communicating with us through other means, making use of our services. Owing to the nature of our service it shall be mandatory on your part to provide some specific details. Not providing us with certain information might act to your detriment. YouTube
OneUp may allow you to connect a YouTube channel to your OneUp account, in which case we will access certain information from Google and YouTube regarding your account. In particular, we may collect profile image, display name, profile ID, access tokens, existing videos. This includes the details of your video and engagement data (such as click rates, likes, re-shares, impressions, as well as general engagement counts), to the extent permitted by applicable law. OneUp will NOT use or share the Google data to any other 3rd party services. The stored Google data will be used only
to improve OneUp application functionality.
All other transfers, uses, or sales of user data are prohibited, including: Transferring, selling, or using user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. As part of our commitment:
No Sale of Personal DataWe do not sell, trade, or rent any personal data to third-party vendors or external entities. Your information is used solely for providing and improving our services, in accordance with this privacy policy.
Limited Data Sharing
Any data sharing is strictly limited to trusted third-party services required to operate our platform (e.g., cloud storage, analytics, or social media integrations). These providers are contractually obligated to handle your information with the highest level of security and confidentiality and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than supporting our services.
When you use our Service you are permitted to upload content to the Service, including social media posts and other content which may include messages, reviews, photos, video, images, data, text, and other types of works (“User Content”). We store User Content indefinitely. This includes User Content stored for planning purposes in OneUp (but not published), as well as User Content used in publishing social media posts, generating analytics, and conversations with customers.
Please note that when you delete your OneUp account you are deleting User Content from our Service, however, this does not mean that the Content is deleted from your Social Networks. User Content may continue to exist on the Social Networks and you will need to contact the relevant Social Network directly if you want to remove this Content.

Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

OneUp makes use of sound practices like data encryption, installing firewall etc to ensure that customer information is not misused or accessed without authority. Steps shall be undertaken by OneUp to ensure that customer information is not altered or destroyed to the detriment of its clients. OneUp shall not be held liable for loss of data or any unauthorized access to the client information stored by us.
We might make suitable amendments to its Privacy Policy. We shall endeavor to make our users/clients aware of these amendments by. It is expected that users of our web pages or our clients read our Privacy Policy regularly to make themselves aware of any amendments made to our Privacy Policy. OneUp shall not be liable for any delay in the in publication of the amended Privacy Policy.
